Changes for 1979 were minimal. Engineering and development resources were largely directed towards a new generation Corvette for ~1983. The front and rear spoilers that were also part of the 1978 pace car replicas were an available option (RPO D80; $265.00) for 1979. More than a styling gimmick, they reduced aerodynamic drag by 15% and increased fuel economy by ½ mpg.

A/C
For the year 1979 air conditioning was an option in the beginning, when the base price was $10,220.23. Mid year the base price increased to $12,313.23 and air conditioning, along with power windows and tilt-telescopic steering wheel were now standard equipment. This info is per the Corvette Black Book.

79 Corvette
The '79 Corvette did not have a wing, but it did have a spoiler. The other items you mentioned sound to be aftermarket.
